Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver hundreds of products to customers all across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into Four parts:

​

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. These are for orders that come from our distributors and if by any chance there is no stock of the item/s

 

• Custom NIJ Clothing & Garments: Some special items require special services and assembly and  are processed only when order occur and take about 21 business days to complete. The specified time is only an estimate and specialty orders like these take time to complete as there may be a backlog Each our NIJ Protective vests/garments are hand tailor made by a qualified personnel and this requires time to make and test... This is tedious work that requires delicate fabrication skills. Each of our NIJ Vest/s Garments are hand made and tailored and are made on Demand. In some cases some of our products can be sent off to other parties for completion of specialized services. All of our NIJ Garments are Made in Canada using superior USA made NIJ UHMWPE or HD Aramid material.

 

• Specialty Protective Wear NIJ Garments: These products are “Order by Demand” and are custom tailored and take 21 days to complete before order is shipped. These products are never stocked as they have expiration date and are only manufactured in a “Fresh State”. This refers to our UHMWPE Aramid Micro Fiber Bullet Proof Vests and garments.

 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our shop or distributor to the destination.  International delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days if product is coming from our distributor/s. If items are in stock in our shop then orders will be processed within 2 business days.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

 

• Free Delivery: Some qualified (Excluding Customized Modification Vests/Garments) items exceeding $1200USD will be shipped for free with DHL or UPS - ONLY TO NORTH AMERICA.

 

All products are shipped by authorized Cargo Company by our digression. Shipping will occur 2-3 days of the production of the item/s if Items are not in Stock. Tracking number/s for products and will be properly insured according to their value. We are in no way responsible for Importation fee's or Customs duty charges. We prefer to use USPS or FedEx, this of course depend on the value of the product/s. We may alter shipping cargo/company on customers request, if applicable.
